Terms of use
Last updated: 30 October 2026. Lumelle is operated by Agentiq Limited, Hong Kong ("we"). By using the site you accept these terms. Contact: contact@lumelle.studio.
The service
Lumelle turns your photo into an image in the style you choose, using automated AI tools. Results are generated, so they can differ from the examples shown and may sometimes contain flaws.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. Use only photos you are allowed to use: your own, or photos of people who agreed. Do not upload photos of children who are not yours, or any illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content. We may refuse a photo and may close accounts that break these rules.
Credits and payment
- Each image costs 1 credit. Your first image is free.
- Credits are bought in packs by card, through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout. They do not expire.
- If a creation fails on our side, the credit (or your free image) is given back automatically.
- Because a digital image is delivered immediately, used credits cannot be refunded. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will make it right.
Your photos and your images
You keep your rights over your photos. You may use the images we create for yourself and share them. You allow us and our technical providers to process your photos only to create your image. Photos and results are erased after 7 days, so download what you want to keep. How we handle data, including our AI provider, is explained in the Privacy policy.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but creations may pause or be delayed. We may change or stop the service, and we will keep any credits you have paid for usable or refund them.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without taking away the consumer protections of the country where you live.
