Lumelle turns your photo into a new image in the style you pick. It is made by Agentiq Limited, Hong Kong.

Email contact@lumelle.studio. We reply as soon as we can, usually within two working days.

Credits

1 credit = 1 image, and credits never expire. Your first image is free once you sign in with Google or Apple. If a creation fails on our side, the credit comes back automatically.

I bought credits but I don't see them

Open the app again: purchases are checked each time it starts. If you signed in on another device, sign in with the same Google or Apple account. Still missing? Write to us with the date of the purchase.

Refunds

Purchases made in the app are refunded by Apple or Google, under their terms: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play from your order history. For a purchase made on lumelle.studio, write to us.

Report an image

Tap Report under any image, in the app or on the site. We review every report within 24 hours.

Your photos

Photos and results are erased after 7 days. See our Privacy policy and our Terms.
